Schuimkransjes






This is the perfect thing to do with the white of eggs when you made something else where you didn't needed them. a very easy recipe










 Ingredients:
3 white of eggs
100 gr sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
a few drops of amandel aromat










How to make:Mix the white of the egg in a bol till it is stiff but not dry.
tip: Make sure that the eggs are fresh and cold, your material must be very clean. Ad a little salt and there can't almost nothing going wrong. 
Add half of sugar and mix it again, on high speed, add the amandel aromat, and mix it fast. 
Add the rest of the sugar and mix this careful with a spoon.  
Put the mix in a piping bag, using a  tip of 6 or7 mm.
now make cirkels from 6 to 7 cm, on a baking tray covered with baking paper. 
dry it in the oven for about two hours on a temperature of 130°C
when the "schuimpjes" are comming of the baking paper, they are ready.
